In 2019, the 5-year Bachelor of Pharmacy program was established in response to the continuous increase in demand for primary healthcare providers and to satisfy the need for highly qualified and active Pharmacists as an integral part of the healthcare system and the pharmaceutical industry. The Pharmacy program was initially started as a department in the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences at the Arab American University main campus in Jenin. As a continuum to the program’s success and in accordance with the university's vision for the program to become a leading contributor both nationally and internationally in all aspects of Pharmaceutical Sciences, the Faculty of Pharmacy was established and housed in a distinguished modern five story building on Fall 2021/2022 academic year.

The Faculty of Pharmacy at the Arab American University aims to be a pioneer in adopting modern teaching methodologies and develop novel strategies to create a unique learning experience that enriches the students' knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. In addition to world class faculty members and the high-end facilities provided by the faculty to support the students' learning journey.
