The Faculty of Pharmacy is housed in an ultra-modern environment with spacious classrooms and laboratories equipped with the latest technologies, up-to-date teaching methods and qualified faculty members that all–in-all aim to facilitate and provide an outstanding learning experience to qualify our graduates to be active members of the healthcare system.

The Faculty of Pharmacy at Arab American University is the first nationally to adopt student-centered active learning environment with upside-down pedagogies (SCALE-UP), a modern learning approach aimed to enhance students active learning and involvement in constructing novel ideas and engage in real, relevant, and purposeful activities. In addition, the faculty has a virtual human-simulation pharmacy to provide students with a real-life experience of pharmacy practice, promote a patient-centered health care, and practical experience in patient counseling and medication management in an actual pharmacy setting. ​​  

Following the university's vision, the Faculty of Pharmacy is keen to encourage research and innovation in all aspects of pharmaceutical sciences, as well as promote collaborations with the pharmaceutical industry. Through providing over 10 distinguished laboratories and a designated research center that support research in numerous pharmaceutical fields, the faculty aims to be a leading contributor to the Palestinian Pharmaceutical Industry.
