In line with the University’s commitment to facilitating payment procedures for students and parents, students can now use the E-SADAD platform to complete their financial transactions quickly and securely, without having to visit the Finance Department on campus or banks, and avoid waiting in lines.

Through the national E-SADAD platform, the Arab American University, in cooperation with the Palestinian Payment Services Company and the Palestine Monetary Authority, provides: 

  • Admission Application Purchase Service

  • Seat Reservation Fee Payment Service

  • Tuition Fee Payment Service

It is a secure and easy-to-use electronic payment platform that enables students to purchase and pay from anywhere, at any time, using your bank applications or e-wallets.

How to Use the Platform

First: Log in to your banking app or e-wallet

 

Log in to your account via your bank's mobile app or e-wallet.

Second: Access the E-SADAD platform

 

Click on the E-SADAD icon from the main menu or from the Services or E-Services menu.

Third: Select the Arab American University

 

From the list of available categories, select “Education Sector” or “Universities”. Then, select the Arab American University.

Fourth: Select the service and enter the required information

  • Purchasing an Admission Application: This requires selecting a category (Bachelor's, Master's, Ph.D) and entering your phone number. An SMS  containing your username, password, and the application link will be sent to your phone.
  • Seat reservation fee: This requires entering your admission application number. The student will receive this number after purchasing and successfully completing the application. Fees cannot be paid until the application status is “final acceptance”.
  • University fees (NIS or USD): This requires entering your university student number.

Please check the service and data entered before proceeding with and confirming the payment process. You will receive a confirmation message or notification via text message, bank app, or wallet once the process is successfully completed.
