Admission Card

After choosing your intended specialization you have to buy the Admission Application Card, fees is 200 NIS non-refundable. You can get it from:

 

  • Financial Department at the main campus of the University in Jenin.
  • University campus in Ramallah, Abu Qash, Near Al-Rayhan neighborhood.
  • University Office in Haifa.
  • University Office in Rahat.
  • University Office in Majdal Shams.
  • PALPAY Service.
  • E-SADAD Service.
  • Online Payment Service.

 

Please keep Admission Card until you get the final acceptance.

Filling the Application

Log in to the following link www.aaup.edu/apply to fill out the online application form, and enter all the required fields.

 

While filling out the application, you can save it and return later to modify it, then send (submit) it.

 

Application status can be tracked at any time by going to home page in the online application and using the log in information from the admission card.

Submitting Documents

Head to the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at  Jenin or Ramallah campus for submitting the original required documents:

 

  • A certified Palestinian high school certificate, in addition to the original copy of the non-Palestinian high school diploma or its equivalent of foreign certificates from the Palestinian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition a sealed and duly signed certificate and all related documents. And for Bagrut Students, Original Bagrut diploma (Taodat Bagrut / תעודת בגרות) and translated to English or Arabic as duly authorized by the notary public.
  • National Identity Card (local applicants) or passport (international applicants).
  • Original birth certificate or a copy duly certified.
  • Two Personal photos.
  • Stress Examination (only applicants for Sport Sciences program).

 

To secure full admission, you must submit original and legalized copies of the documents. Please note that AAUP provides a limited timeframe to submit the required documents along with your application.

Application Process

The application is studied by a specialized committee, this process takes time to study each application individually and some specialization are immediately replied to.

 

The requirements will be checked and matched with the specific requirements of applicant's chosen specialization and decisions will be made.

 

In some specializations student must succeed a personal interview, theoretical exam, or practical exam to complete the admission process.


When the application is complete and all requirements have been achieved the student will receive the final acceptance letter via SMS.

 

Student with artistic, athletic, literature or other talents gives advantage on admission.

Seat Reservation

After receiving the final acceptance letter from the Deanship of Admission and Registration The student need to pay for the seat reservation fees at any of our Accredited Banks or through PALPAY Service or through E-SADAD Service or through Online Payment Service.

 

You get the seat reservation document via Email or from the Deanship of Admission and Registration, which includes:

  • Your academic information (Faculty, Specialization and Student Number).
  • Your English Placement test date.
  • University portal and other services Log In information.

Congratulations, now you are a regular student at AAUP !

 

What Next ?

  • You need to Head to the university student card issuing office in the Deanship of Student Affairs in Jenin Campus or Ramallah Campus to issue your own university card "Student Card". You need to show the seat reservation letter and your ID.
     
  • You need to do your English Placement Test, After you submit the test and get your result, your first semester course schedule will be uploaded to the portal, which you can also obtain from the admissions officer.

 

Foreign (International) Certificate Holders Related Information

Foreign (International) Secondary Certificate holders (IB, SAT, IGCSE, GCE, GCSE) and Saudi Arabia

The student can send his documents (a transcript of the grades of the foreign certificate and bring proof that the student has studied the eleventh and twelfth grades in the country that issued the equivalency and the equivalency issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Education, Higher Education and Scientific Research) via the e-mail [email protected], to get informed about the final average and the possibility of acceptance in the specialization the student wishes to join.

Diploma Certificate Holders: Bridging to Bachelor’s Degree

Any student who has completed his diploma studies from a college recognized by the Ministry may apply to one of the corresponding bachelor’s programs offered by the university for the purpose of bridging, provided that he meets the following conditions:
