Arab American University President Prof. Dr. Ali Zeidan Abu Zuhri honored the university’s team which participated in the Palestinian Universities Championship for males and females in 2016 and 2017, organized by the Palestinian Universities Sports Union. In presence of University President Assistant for Administrative and Financial Affairs Mr. Faleh Abu Arra, Students Affairs Dean Dr. Abdullah Woulweel and Head of the Students Council Ali Kameel, the university Volleyball and Athlete Teams won first place.
University president Prof. Dr. Abu Zuhri expressed his pride with the team’s accomplishment in universities championship. Stressing, the administrative pays great attention to sports, always works to improve and provided sports village which will be complete soon once having a half-Olympic pool. Emphasizing, it’s important to support the AAUJ team in local and international championships.
Student Husam Abu Farha thanked the Arab American University for the honoring and continues support to raise sports place and provide the team needs. Stressing, it’s important to win every championship for university’s sake.
