A delegation from the Jenin Police Department has visited the Arab American University with the aim of enhancing partnership and cooperation in the field of criminal investigation and research training, developing planning and management capabilities, in addition to various cultural and community activities.

The police delegation included the Director of the Academic Affairs Department, Colonel Mohammad Bani Odeh, the Director of the Police Services Department, Colonel Iyad Abu Al-Rub, and the official of Academic Affairs, First Lieutenant Mohammad Al Sadi. They were received by the Director of Public Relations at the University, Mr. Firas Saifi, and an employee of the Public Relations, Mr. Ahmad Abu Tol. 

 The Director of the Public Relations Department at the University, Mr. Saifi, welcomed the guest delegation and conveyed to them the greetings of the University President, Dr. Bara Asfour and the administrative and academic staff. He stressed the strong relationship between the University and the police department. Mr. Saifi said, "The University with all its components and energies is ready to work together with the security institution, which constitutes a safety belt for the Palestinian citizen in light of the current circumstances." We are also proud of the existence of a police station in the surrounding area of the University that enhances security and safety. He indicated that the University's modern and advanced sports, technological and scientific facilities are always ready to serve civil and local society and its institutions.

In turn, the Director of the Academic Affairs Department in the Police, Colonel Mohammad Bani Odeh, expressed the pride of the Palestinian Police leadership in the Arab American University, which plays a major national and scientific role, contributing to building generations capable of contributing to building the homeland until independence. He noted that the police department seeks to deepen cooperation with the University to provide society with expertise and energies.
