The researcher Athar Houdley, a student in Strategic Planning and Fundraising at Graduate Studies Faculty in AAUP Ramallah campus, had discussed her MA thesis under the title of “Enhancing the concept of Monitoring, Evaluating, Controlling and educating in Non-Governmental organizations in Palestine”.

The Researcher targeted in her thesis, how to outlook the projects specialized for development implemented in Palestine through several non-governmental organizations locally or international, and found that there is a need to use different technics and systems to achieve the desired objectives of those projects. 

The outcomes of this study was that the Palestinian institutes are aware of this concept and it importance on the level of the institute itself and its projects. Although there are some obstacles that forbid the organization to implement this concept, despite their efforts to realize the concept in its fullest form.

At the end of the discussion the committee contained by the thesis supervisor and committee chief Dr. Abed Al-Rahman Tamimi, and the internal examiner from AAJU Dr. Ayman Yousef, and the External examiner from Al-Quds University Dr. Omar Rahal have decided to grant the student Athar Houdley the Master degree.
