Arab American University hosted two workshops about banking awareness and services presented by Mr. Tariq Mahajneh, from the non-financial consultant dept. at Bank of Palestine, with the participation of university students in cooperation with the Palestinian Education for Employment.

The Head of Alumni Affairs Dept welcomed the attendance and appreciated the role of Bank of Palestine in supporting the youth sector through projects, initiatives and various financing opportunities that allow young people to fund their entrepreneurial ideas and start their own projects, which will support the economy and decrease unemployment among graduates.

Mr. Tariq Mahajneh thanked the university for this opportunity and explained the aim of this workshop, which is to increase the banking awareness among young people by clarifying the concepts of banking and banking services, and how to use them in the best ways on the personal and practical level.

He also addressed the method that Bank of Palestine follows to reach to all segments of society, especially the youth by developing the Bank's products and services to suit their needs, as well as developing a program of non-financial consulting services that supports young people in various fields in order to enable them economically.
