This study aimed to identify the indicators of entrepreneurial leadership among school principals in Negev. The quantitative descriptive approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The population of the study consisted of (169) principals in Negev schools, and the sample was (115) male and female principals. A questionnaire with the following dimensions was applied: proactivity and strategic vision, risk-taking, innovation and creativity, investing opportunities, and independence. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were confirmed. The results showed that the means for the questionnaire dimensions were high with high indicators. The results also showed differences in the indicators of entrepreneurial leadership from school principals' perspectives in the Negev, due to gender, in favor of males, academic qualifications in favor of PhD's, and years of experience in favor of long experience. The study recommended the importance of supporting and developing entrepreneurial leadership among principals at schools.
