Dr. Omar Rashid Sadeq is a head of basic medical sciences department of faculty of dentistry of Arab American University Jenin (AAUJ) Palestine, He is assoaciate professor of clinical pharmacology and Therapeutics ,as well as toxicology. He majored in general medicine and surgery at Zaporozhye State Medical University (ZSMU) Ukraine, In 2000 received his clinical residency in Endocrinology. In 2003 he earned a PhD in medicine- subspecialty: Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics at National Research Center for Biologically Active Compounds (NR CBAC)– Moscow- Russia. From 2004 until now he is teaching basic medical sciences (Pharmacology, Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology) at Dentistry and Medical Allied Sciences faculties of AAUP. From 2019 until now he is a director of biomedical sciences department at faculty of medicine. His main area of research include diabetes mellitus, hepatology, Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory Drugs, (NSAIDs).
