Admission Card

After choosing your intended specialization you have to buy the Admission Application Card, fees is 300 NIS non-refundable for Master’s degree and Higher Diploma and Specialization. You can get it from:

 

  • Financial Department at the main campus of the University in Jenin.
  • University campus in Ramallah, Abu Qash, Near Al-Rayhan neighborhood.
  • University Office in Haifa.
  • University Office in Rahat.
  • University Office in Majdal Shams.
  • PALPAY Service.
  • E-SADAD Service.
  • Online Payment Service.

 

Please keep Admission Card until you get the final acceptance.

Filling the Application

Log in to the following link www.aaup.edu/apply to fill out the online application form, and enter all the required fields.

 

While filling out the application, you can save it and return later to modify it, then send (submit) it.

 

Application status can be tracked at any time by going to home page in the online application and using the log in information from the admission card.

Submitting Documents

Head to the Deanship of Admissions and Registration at  Jenin or Ramallah campus for submitting the original required documents:

 

  • Original or Legalized copies of Academic Certificate and Transcript. ( certified by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education).
  • Transcript of high school diploma certified / or its equivalent by the Palestinian Ministry of Education.
  • Original birth certificate or a copy duly certified copy.
  • Copy of the National Identity Card (local applicants) or a copy of the passport (international applicants).
  • Recent personal photo (2 pictures).
  • Two letters of recommendation either academic or professional.
  • A motivation written and signed by the applicant. ( one to three pages ).
  • Original experience certificate (English) if found.
  • For students transferring from another university to the Arab American University, a sealed transcript from the previous university is required and must be submitted. If the university is outside Palestine, the transcript must be certified by the Palestinian Ministry of Education and Higher Education.

 

To secure full admission, you must submit original and legalized copies of the documents. Please note that AAUP provides a limited timeframe to submit the required documents along with your application.

English Placement Test

As part of the admission process for certain Master's, and Higher Diploma or Specialization programs, applicants are required to take the English Placement Test if it is listed as an admission requirement.

 

 

To register, a non-refundable fee of 150 NIS must be paid either at the university’s Financial Department (Jenin or Ramallah campus) or through one of the accredited banks. The payment must include the applicant’s full name, ID number, and the note: “English Placement Test Fee for Graduate Programs”.

 

 

After paying the exam fee and registering, you will receive an email from VTEST with your exam link and personal secure code. Please check both your inbox and spam/junk folders. If you don’t receive the email within 48 hours, contact:

Personal Interview (if applicable)

In some cases, the Deanship of Graduate Studies may require applicants to attend a personal interview - whether it’s part of the program’s admission requirements or based on the committee’s assessment.

 

If so, the applicant will be contacted by phone to schedule the interview and provide the necessary details.

Application Process

The application is studied by a specialized committee, this process takes time to study each application individually.

 

The requirements will be checked and matched with the specific requirements of applicant's chosen specialization and decisions will be made.


When the application is complete and all requirements have been achieved the student will receive the final acceptance letter via SMS.

Seat Reservation

After receiving the final acceptance letter from the Deanship of Admission and Registration The student need to pay for the seat reservation fees at any of our Accredited Banks or through PALPAY Service or through E-SADAD Service or through Online Payment Service.

 

You get the seat reservation document via Email or from the Deanship of Admission and Registration, which includes:

  • Your academic information (Faculty, Specialization and Student Number).
  • University portal and other services Log In information.

Congratulations, now you are a regular student at AAUP !

 

What Next ?

  • You need to Head to the university student card issuing office in the Deanship of Student Affairs in Jenin Campus or Ramallah Campus to issue your own university card "Student Card". You need to show the seat reservation letter and your ID.
     
  • Your first semester course schedule will be uploaded to the portal, which you can also obtain from the admissions officer.
