Biography: 

Dr. Nisreen Salam is an Assistant Professor in Nursing at the Department of Nursing of Arab American University –Palestine. Her research is situated in the field of Nursing and Midwifery, with a special focus on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and topics related to women’s health. Nisreen has academic experience for 11 years. Nisreen teaches several courses on Nursing and Midwifery and Pediatrics like the introduction to nursing, health promotion and health education, health assessment, maternal and child health, pediatrics and neonate, family planning, and gynecological courses. Nisreen also provides training in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for nurses and doctors. Nisreen is responsible for Quality coordinator and labs at Arab American University Palestine. She is will hard worker, willing to learn, and ready for every new challenge.
