حيث ان الفئات المستهدفة هم طلبة البكالوريوس الذين يرغبون بالحصول على درجة الماجستير وكذلك طلبة الماجستير الذين يرغبون بالحصول على درجة الدكتوراه او عمل جزء من ابحاثهم هناك. وكذلك وجود فرصة لزيارات بحثية قصيرة لأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والباحثين في الجامعة.

The scholarship target group are undergraduate students who wants to continue their graduate studies and Master students who wish to obtain a PhD degree or complete part of their research there. Also there are opportunities for university faculty members and researchers to take a short research visits.
