Abstract: 
Implantology has become an established part of overall dental treatment strategies and is also increasingly being integrated upon the use of osseointegrated implants for orthodontic anchorage and to replace of missing teeth after creation of sufficient space by orthodontic means. This paper describes the the osseointegrated implants to replace congenitally missing upper lateral incisors. Highlighting the importance of the Orthodontic/Restorative interface.
