Honoring

During the ceremony, Prof. Abu Zuhri congratulated the students and his family on this achievement. Saying "You, Qassam, are an example of Palestinian youth that’s eager to learn, read, that takes things seriously and diligently what you have achieved is an achievement for education and culture in Palestine, we at Arab American University believe that knowledge and education are the key to building societies and enhancing the establishment of a Palestinian state, we honor you today for your visit to the university. As we are proud of you and your great achievement.

The meeting was attended by a number of deans and professors from various Faculties in the university. While Dr. Dalal Erekat received the honorary certificate on behalf of the university president Prof. Ali Zidan Abu Zuhri in recognition of the university's role in conducting valuable research and projects and winning recently in one of Erasmus's largest projects in 2018.

The Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Zaki Saleh, and Dean of Admission and Registration Dr. Hazem Khanfar. Attend this event, where Dr. Abu Zuhri, said: "I wished I could hand over this certificate to the deceased student Maram in the graduation ceremony next year in front of her fellow students and professors, and the audience, but Allah’s fatality has its will, and today in Arab American University we with great regret and sadness toward the deceased.
