Memorandum

70 Arab universities from various Arab countries and several Turkish universities, interested in building effective partnerships with Arab universities, attended the meeting. Several topics were discussed such as providing joint projects for students and university faculty members exchange through the Turkish Mavlana and the European Erasmus Plus projects.

Head of the Center Direcctor Board Eng. Muhanad Al-Hegawi pointed the center most important objectives to create new jobs opportunities and merge private and educational sectors. Explaining, its strategic plan is to attract ideas, institutions, firm and freelancers.

The memorandum was a supportive move for continues partnership among Palestinian Higher Education sector and civil society organizations and the two parties different roles in build and support Palestinian economical sector especially youth’s sector.

The memorandum includes the two parties cooperate to support small Information Technology projects sector in Jenin, provide technical and financial support to the projects owners in terms of ideas development and preparing business and market plans, provide grants and loans and building in entrepreneurial and business concepts.
