Eyad Yaqob Yaqob was born on 9th of Nov. 1973. In the year 1992 he got his high school (Tawjehi). In 1992 he was accepted at the faculty of Engineering at Birziet University, Palestine. There he got his B.Sc. degree in the field of civil engineering/ Envirinment engineering in 1997. In Septmber 1998 he attended his master programme at Birzet University. In the year 2000 he got his M.Sc. degree in the field of Environmental and water engineering. During that time until 2006 he was also working as head of research and development deprtment in Palestinian water Authority. Furthermore, during the same period, he worked and focus in the following fields :
- Assistance Professor, Envirmental Health sciences and water Technology, Arab American university
- Assistance Professor, Climate change and Environmental Technolodies Excellence center, Arab American university
- Strategic water advisor, GIZ
- Project Manager for MSC program, PWA/ Austrian Agency
- Local Expert National Team (JICA) capacity and institutional building
- Local Trainer with SIWI in water Governance (Water Integrity)
- Water and Environmental Engineering Transboundary Water Management Free lancer (trainer, workshop and conferences moderator and coordinator)
- Consultant for local and international development and funding agencies
- Technical Advisor for local governmental institutions, engineering firms and NGOs
- Executive Director for Joint service council/Salfit District
From 2009 to 2016 he was a PhD student in the field of environmental engineering at University of cincinnati, OHIO, USA.
