Al-A’raj: The Palestinian Authority Institutions are progressing continually

The Head of the Presidential office of the Palestinian Authority Dr. Hsain Al-A’raj said: “The managerial issues at the Palestinian Authority had developed through the years and had faced all the obstacles and challenges. It also achieved lots of managerial achievements that from them it was able to reach what the whole world witnesses of the technological and scientific development, to ease the people’s lives and enhance the strength of the Palestinian institutions that are the nucleus of the Palestinian State.”
During its lecture to the EMBA students that took place in Ramallah at the Higher Education center of the Arab American University, Dr. Al-A’raj show some of the successful managerial systems that helped in developing the international institutions, and he asserted on the idea of improving the managerial intellect in Palestine through years of practicing in the different organizations. Those researches and studies helped in enhancing the managerial knowledge, and this also helped in putting models, theories and principles to explain life issues.

Dr. Al-A’raj added that the Human Resource Management is one of the most important jobs because it concentrates and deal with human, which is the most important element in Palestine and the most productive element as well. One day after the other, the human role in developing the institutions are being larger and much more effective just like their numbers are being increasing and their problems are getting much more.
He talked about his own experience at the employee office while he was the head of the department. He talked about the challenges that he faced and the steps he took to build a model institution that is able to help and serve the employees and developing its systems. He finished his lecture saying: “the employee’s capabilities, abilities, experiences and their enthusiasm for work is the reason for the success of the company to reach its goals.”
The lecture was fruitful and some discussions happened between Dr. Al-A’raj and the students about the managerial systems at the Palestinian institutions and the steps needed to improve the work. He also answered the student’s questions about the current political Palestinian situation.
