The faculty of Engineering and Information Technology at the Arab American University finished the preparations for the International Collegiate Programming Contest that is organized by the International ACM and will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday (27,28/10/2015).
This contest contains group international universities that hosted regional and national contests and worked on developing the teams’ abilities, and 2500 universities of almost 100 countries will participate at the final international contest.
The contest that will be held in Thailand on 2016 is compatible with the university’s goal in encouraging the students to innovate, be creative and team work in order to develop and build new programs. This will also improve their working under pressure skills and abilities.
The university invites everybody to the honouring ceremony for the winners that will be under the auspices of Professor Ali Zaidan- the University president on Wednesday 28/10/2015 at 5 pm at the university’s theatre.
