The Arab American University has finished its preparations to the 11th graduate ceremony that will take place at the 25, 26 of June 2014, under the patronage of the President of Palestine Mr. Mahmoud Abbas “Abu Mazen”.
The Assistant to the President for the Administrative and Financial Affairs, Mr. Faleh Abu Arrah said:”The University has finished the preparations for the graduation ceremony and it will be a Palestinian ceremony that will reflect the genuineness of the university and the academic distinguish locally and internationally.
Mr. Abu Arrah added:”the graduation committee and the university’s departments have finished limiting the number of students and distributing them over the two days of the ceremony. In addition, they have finished all the logistic preparations”
Mr. Abu Arrah assured that the University is graduating 1200 students during its 11th ceremony, and that the first day will include students from the faculties of the Higher Education, the Dentistry, the Engineering and Information Technology and the Sciences and Art. However, the second day will include students of the faculties of the Allied Medical Sciences, the Administrative and Finance and the Faculty of Law.
Mr. Abu Arrah addressed the graduates saying “less than a week, this University will graduate you all in a ceremony that you all deserve and that will appreciate your efforts, because you are the plant that we waited to blossom and the paint that the University draw with colors of success, love, education, good will and insistence to be the hope of the future who can take responsibility in life while carrying our motto, “Land Freedom Starts with Minds Freedom”
