Professor Ali Zaidan AbuZuhri, the President of the Arab American University discussed means of cooperation with the head of the police department of Jenin’s city Colonel Huqouqi Ali AlQemari. The cooperation will concentrate on providing security to students and organize the traffic around the university especially as the structural development is increasing rapidly.
The Vice-president for the Academic Affairs, Dr. NourAlDeen AbulRub and Dr. Maher AlJerbawi, the Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry received the delegation of the head of the police department and the officers who combined him.
Prof. AbuZuhri praised the role and the efforts that the Palestinian police do, and the national role in providing security and stability to the citizens and the educational institutions.
He said: “the university and the police are two symbols of the national identity and sovereignty, and they always seek to provide supreme services of the security and education.”.JPG)
Colonel Al-Qemairi congratulated Prof. AbuZuhri of his new position as the president of the Arab American University, and praised his educational and personal role. Also he asserted on the efficiency of Prof. AbuZuhri in leading the university and enhancing its role as a minaret of the north.
AlQumairi said: “the university is a one of the most distinguish institutions in Palestine that managed to change a lot about the higher education, and to embrace a lot of the modern sciences with other international universities in a short period of time.”
