The team of the Arab American University that consists of 40 students won over the Palestine Polytechnic University team at the “Palestine Challenge” program that was organized by Sharek Youth Forum. This Challenge took place at “Youth Village” land at Kofor Ne’meh Village under the auspices of Wataniya Mobile Co.
Activities differ from educational to challenging to entertainment activities in order to enhance the youth abilities in both teams. Youth Village is a place for youth to communicate, meet and organize workshops.

The Arab American University participated at the international conference of education and sciences that was held at Bodrum city in Turkey and Dr. Sharif AbuKarsh- the Dean of Faculty of Administrative and Financial Sciences.
Dr. AbuKarsh participated at the conference with a research paper under the name “Using Information Techniques to Improve Administrative Teaching in Palestine: Theory” as he mentioned 5 educational models and 4 techniques that are used in the educational system. 

The Arab American University represented by the V.P for Community Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab participated at the 22nd meeting to exchange training offers for students of the Arabian universities. This meeting was held at Fayoum University in Egypt with the participation of 30 universities. Dr. Diab offered some students a chance to get training in Palestine and the Arab American University also had some offers for its students.

Mr. Mohammad Fawzan- the Head of Sri Lanka’s Representative Office in Palestine visited the Arab American University with Mr. Kamal Abul-Rub- Jenin’s governor. In their reception were Dr. Osama Salameh- the V.P for Planning and Development and Mr. Fatho I’mour- the Head of the Public Relations Department.
Dr. Salameh welcomed the delegation and gave a detailed explanation about the university, it faculties, buildings and programs.
