The University participates in an International Conference in the USA

Dr. Nihad Habib Allah from Graduate Studies Faculty in Arab American University participated in a research paper at the international conference for scientific research in Sociology. The conference was held in Philadelphia, USA attended by 4500 researchers and scientists from all over the world.

Dr. Habib Allah discussed her research entitled “Enhancing Arrogance Nationalism and Intolerance through creating national novels”. Moreover, how national novels are build based on dismissing the other, which will lead to right-wing extremist believing they have the right of transcendent. Referring to the relationship between race and state and how the concept of race is used by the state to create a distinction between “us and them”.

A Research team from the University visits the Jülich Research Center in Germany

A team of researchers from the University made a scientific visit to the Jülich Research Center in Germany and met the research teamwork from the Center, and was introduced to their unique researches in applied physics, neuroscience, and computer science fields and to enhance future cooperation.

The research team included both the Dean of Scientific Research Dr. Mahmoud Manasra, the Dean of the Faculty of Science Dr. Moayad Abu Saa. The lecturer in the Faculty of Science Dr. Firas Al-Batah, lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology Dr. Mohammad Mari, in addition to a group of students candidated to complete their higher studies in the Masters and Ph.D.

Memorandum of Understanding for Academic and Scientific Cooperation Between The Arab American University and Palestine Technical University - Kadoori

The Arab American University (AAU) and Palestine Technical University – Kadoori signed a MOU for Academic and Scientific Research cooperation, moreover enriching related academic programs in diploma, Bachelors, and graduate studies.

This agreement was signed on behalf of AAU, by Prof. Ali Zedan Abu Zuhri – University President and on behalf of Palestine Technical University, by Prof. Marwan Awartani University president.

The CEO of Arab American University Dr. Yousef Asfour and the Dean of Graduate Studies in Palestine Technical University – Kadoori Dr. Hissan Shanak have attended the MOU ceremony.
