Since its establishment in 2000, the Faculty of Dentistry in Arab American University offered some special and unique academic programs locally, regionally and internationally in Dentistry. In addition, Arab American University was the first Palestinian university to provide graduate studies programs in Dentistry such as the Residency programs, the Clinical Master programs and the Higher Diploma, and now the Faculty of Dentistry is stepping forward in opening dental programs and the first was the Diploma in Dental industry which is the first of its kind in Palestine and was highly required by Dentists locally due to the lack of such programs at the local level, and the small number of regional and international universities that provide such a program. And out of the market need for such programs, a new program in “Bachelor of Dental Technician” was recently accredited and the university will be receiving admission applications for this program for the Fall Semester 2021/2022.
