Saed Hanani, the student at the Faculty of Engineering at the Arab American University won the Medal of Creativity and Excellence at the level of individuals in the Inspirational 3 competition held in the United Arab Emirates - Dubai, after several stages in which participants from several Arab countries competed, including inventors, researchers, and change-makers.

The Inspiring Award aims to promote concepts of innovation and creative and pioneering ideas that provide effective solutions to improve the image of institutional and community services and thus enhance human building at all levels for a promising future for future generations. It also aims to shed light on innovative and creative institutions and inspiring individuals in the Arab world.
This came within the framework of the Annual Arab Conference, which is entitled (Arab Creativity and Leadership: Challenges and Transformations), in its fourth version, under the auspices and presence of Sheikh Humaid bin Khalid bin Mohammad Al Qassimi. The conference aims to develop the concept of "power of influence towards leading change" through programs and outputs that makers of Change, sustainable development, and governance seek.
The student Hanni was chosen as the representative of the State of Palestine after voting to select the candidates presented to represent all the Arab countries participating in the aforementioned conference. Many thinkers, researchers, and creative individuals spoke, and many institutions, initiatives, and creative individuals were rewarded.
It is worth mentioning that the student Hanani is a student majoring in electrical engineering and renewable energy in his final year. He assumed the presidency of the Association of Electrical and Electronics Engineers at the IEEE AAUP branch of the Arab American University for 2021/2022.
