To ensure the successful implementation of this Quality Policy, AAUP will:

1. The Quality Promotion Unit at AAUP is the responsible department for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems and practices.
    
2. Establish processes for collecting and analyzing data, feedback, and performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of academic programs, support services, and administrative functions.
    
3. Conduct regular internal and external evaluations, audits, and reviews to validate compliance, identify areas for improvement, and benchmark against best practices.
    
4. Provide resources, training, and support to staff and faculty to enable them to deliver high-quality services, maintain professional development, and embrace a culture of continuous improvement.
    
5. Communicate the Quality Policy and related objectives to all stakeholders, ensuring awareness, understanding, and engagement in quality initiatives.
