The study dealt with the subject of managing, preserving and developing the funds of minors and orphans from an Islamic economic perspective. This is a descriptive, analytical study of the Orphan Foundation in Palestine, as it shed light and focused on the extent of interest of Islamic jurisprudence, previously and at the present time, with orphans in terms of their care and the rule to preserve their rights and money. The study also addressed the provisions of guardianship provisions as well as the legitimacy of developing and investing orphans’ funds.

The research aimed to present the reality of the institution during the period between 2017 and 2022 through its establishment, objectives, the sources of its funds, and the most important financing and investment formulas adopted in it. The thesis concluded that the Orphans Foundation in Palestine is an institution that preserves orphans’ money and its entity is based on investing and developing the orphan’s money in many forms and areas in accordance with the Islamic Sharia. Its credit policies are characterized by conservativeness and lack of risk due to the nature of its work and activity that requires financial funds to fulfill withdrawals.
