A Seminar for PhD Students about Merging Technology with Education

The Faculty of Graduate Studies in Arab American University- Ramallah organized a seminar for its 2nd year PhD students in Educational Administration; the seminar was about “the reality of merging technology with education”.

Dr. Hiba Abu Ziad- the Faculty Member in AAUP supervised this seminar along with Dr. Shahinaz Najjar- the Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies, Dr. Mohammad Umran- the Head of the Educational Administration Department and Dr. Naser Saafin- a Faculty Member in AAUP.

The seminar aimed to train students on the scientific research techniques and to encourage them to participate in international conferences.

Launching Advanced Technological Projects at the University That Serves Students and Employees

Arab American University has announced the development of a number of leading technology projects such as information network infrastructure (fiber optic network), increase internet speed and establish an indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi network at the university, that will start operating at the beginning of the new academic year 2018 / 2019.

These technological projects are part of the University's efforts to enhance the use of information, and facilitate access to information for all students and faculty members, and to enhance the efficiency of the educational process through the use of such information in communication between the educational institution, students and faculty members.

In Cooperation with Leaders Organization: University Organizes Technological Workshop on 3G Technology, How to Benefit From

Arab American University in cooperation with Leaders Organization organized a workshop on 3G technology and how to benefit from it once it’s released in Palestine with the presence of upcoming graduates.

Head of Alumni Affairs at Student Affairs Deanship Mr. Bilal Al Ashqar stressed on the importance of such activities to expand the students’ horizons and enrich their experience. Also he pointed to extracurricular activities contribute to develop students' abilities and involve them in various events and developmental programs.
