 “Tamayyaz” Jenin organizes the event titled "Mini Tamayyaz" for students of the third grade at Fatima Khatoon girls primary school in Jenin, the event done by 15 young men and women, benefiting more than 70 students, included a different variety of interesting events that got the admiration of students, school administration and Directorate of Education.

With the presence of the Minister of Higher and to strengthen partnership, the university signed a MoU with the Palestinian Association of Education for Employment.

Arab American University signed Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen partnership with the Palestinian Association of Education for Employment, during a ceremony held at the Grand Park Hotel, Ramallah.

Vice President for Social Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab as a representative of the university signed the MoU with Palestinian Association Chairman Engineer Mazen Sinokrot and attended by Minister of Education and Higher Education Dr. Sabri Saydam.

Arab American University Alumni Affairs Department hosted training workshop entitled "Success Skills", organized by INJAZ Palestine organization with participation of 30 students from the university.

Vice President of Community Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab welcomed INJAZ organization at the opening, confirming the importance of these programs to enrich graduates experiences and expand their knowledge, especially as they provide them the opportunities to meet successful entrepreneurial figures for to know their experiences. Marah Ghanem director of INJAZ office in Jenin, thanked the Arab American University on their permanent cooperation, providing a summary for the participants on INJAZ organization and its training programs.

الجامعة والمؤسسة الفلسطينية للتعليم من أجل التوظيف تنظمان دورة تدريبية بعنوان "البحث عن عمل هو عمل"

Department of alumni affairs at the university and the Palestinian education for employment foundation organize training course entitled "search for work is work". Thirty graduates participated in a 20-hour training course addressed important topics while looking for work such as mechanism of write a CV and cover letter, search mechanisms for available vacancies and how to prepare for successful job interviews.

Dr. Nizam Diab Vice President of Community Affairs welcomed the representatives of Palestinian Education for Employment Foundation, expressing the university thanks on their efforts and services to the advancement of Palestinian youth to be able to shape their own future and their aspirations.

Alumni Affairs Department concluded the youth workshop lasted two days "The role of youth in political participation," provided by coaches Riad Shreim and Fadi Soqieh with thirty students preparing to graduate participating, in partnership with Palestinian Peace Coalition and Omnia Youth Center.

Head of university alumni affairs department Bilal Al-Ashqar concluded the workshop emphasizing on the importance of such workshops in refinement students personalities and activate their role in society. He focused on the importance of these workshops in allowing youths to participate in political life, set future policies and decision-making, its affective working mechanism to change society.

Arab America University team of 40 participant won against Palestine Polytechnic University team in the qualifier challenge for “Palestine Challenge” program arranged by Sharek Youth Forum and sponsored by Wataniya Mobile on youth’s village at Kofor Nemeh.

The Vice President for Social Affairs Dr. Nizam Diab said, “There is a great importance for joint action and collaborative work between local universities, activities like this allows students networking with other universities students.” He added, “Thanks for Sharek Youth Forum and Wataniya Mobile for their activities empowering students’ personalities”.
