The CEO of the Palestine Stock Exchange Mr. Ahmed Awaida visited Arab American University campus in Ramallah to present a lecture to MBA students about advanced data analysis, Where MBA program is a joint program between Arab American University in collaboration with Indiana University in Pennsylvania, USA. The lecture was supervised by Dr. Faisal Awartani.

The guest was welcomed by the academic advisor to the university's board of directors Dr. Walid Dieb, and the Dean of Faculty of Graduate Studies, Dr. Abdulrahman Abu Lebdih, where they discussed during the meeting the prospects of joint cooperation between the Palestine Stock Exchange and the University.
During the lecture Mr. Oweida gave a detailed explanation of the Palestine Stock Exchange compared to the Arab financial markets and the extent of technological progress in the management of transactions in the market. He also explained the type of data available on the Stock Exchange that Palestinian university students in finance and banking, business administration, economics and applied statistics can access and use, To conduct research on listed companies from different sectors.
It is worth mentioning that this lecture was organized by Dr. Faisal Awartani where it comes within the efforts of the Faculty of Graduate studies to link higher education with private and public sector institutions.
