The Policy and Conflict Resolution Studies Center always seeks to improve students of conflict resolution master program and literature and intercultural communication master programs on the academic and practical levels, through student exchange experiences in conflict zones in other international universities, and providing them with skills related to Conflict management, containment policy, negotiation and mediation.

as for that eight students from the Conflict Resolution master program, Literature and Intercultural Communication master programs will participate in a training about the tools and methods for handling conflict resolution and civil peace progress at the University of Granada in Spain from 25-30 November 2019.

AAUP Organizes a Meeting for Postgraduate Students About the Palestinian Investment Fund and Development of the Areas Named (C)

AAUP – Ramallah campus organizes a meeting for postgraduate students in conflict resolution and development program, strategic planning and fundraising program about Palestine Investment Fund and Development in the areas named (C), and the obstacles and opportunities that face the Palestinian development.

The meeting was presented by Mr. Awad Daibes the Director of the PR unit and Institutional Communications in the Palestine Investment Fund. He introduced the Palestinian Investment Fund, its establishment, functions and development, in addition to its achievements and its local and international companies. As he added that the Fund invests and focuses on all Palestinian areas, as Jerusalem and areas named (C).

Part of the workshop

The Faculty of Graduate Studies organized a workshop entitled "Peace in Ireland and Brexit implications on the Good Friday Agreement", the workshops targeted studdents from Conflict Resolution Master program in the course of Comparative Peace Processes, taught by Dr. Dalal Erekat.​

The workshop hosted The Irish consul for Palestine Mr. Jonathan Kunlun, along with the lecturer at the Irish University of Maine Dr. Gary Mayson, and the political consul of the British consulate in Jerusalem Mr. Jack Fletzgerald.
