The agreement was signed by the Acting President of the University, Dr. Bara Asfour, and the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Ammar Abu Baker. The signing ceremony was attended by the Vice chairman of the Jenin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Mustafa Al-Qaniri, and from the University, the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Hazem Khanfar, the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Dr. Raed Saad, the Assistant to the President for Community Affairs, Dr. Laila Herzallah, as well as the Director of Public Relations, Mr. Firas Saifi.

This is done as part of a series of partnerships concluded by the Faculty with prestigious international universities for the sake of developing students' skills and qualifying them for the labor market.

The participating students expressed their happiness with this opportunity, which allowed them to learn about the latest medical technologies and interact with professors and students of different nationalities. They pointed out that the course contributed to expanding their scientific and cognitive horizons as well as enhancing their self-confidence.

The closing ceremony was attended by Dr. Faisal Al-Sabah, Director of the Continuing Education Center at the Arab American University, Eng. Muayad Shehada, Director of the Local Government Directorate in Tulkarm, and Dr. Riyad Awad, Head of Tulkarm municipality.

During the ceremony, the trainees' projects were presented, which received great praise for their excellence and practical application of the tools they were trained for.

Such workshops, which are held on weekly basis for diploma students, aim to transfer the experience of prestigious companies to students to benefit from them during their transition to the labor market, in addition to learning about technological methods rather than traditional methods.
